Leadership and Soft Skills training

On the second day of our Leadership and Soft Skills Training, conducted in partnership with Wedo, the primary focus was on collaborative leadership. This theme was explored through a variety of interactive exercises and discussions.
A particular highlight of the day was a session on scouting, presented by Mr. Adam from the U.S. Consulate in Erbil. Mr. Adam delved into the concept of "Scouting in America," emphasizing the critical role of youth in shaping a nation's future. Our participants actively engaged with the topic, reflecting on the principles of leadership in contemporary society.
The day concluded with a comprehensive exploration of Design Thinking, facilitated by Wedo. This session underscored the importance of empathy in identifying and addressing real-world problems and fostering innovation.
