In acknowledgement of Spanish Constitution Day which was on 6th of December, Dr. Andrés de Castro García, Chair of Politics and International Relations at UKH will discuss the Spanish Constitution using the theoretical framework designed by a renowned American scholar late Prof. Samuel P. Huntington (Harvard and Yale) in 1991.
